The equipment adopts Huichuan PLC-H3u+IS620 servo control, the high-definition CCD automatic alignment system feeds back the position data to the PLC, and the PLC realizes the position calibration of the servo motor through logical calculation. After the position confirmation is completed, it is sent into the high-fidelity cavity to realize vacuum fitting.
